  • Manage orthopaedic caseload, including fractures, TPLOs, and complex soft tissue surgeries.
  • Provide outstanding clinical care during consultations and procedures.
  • Deliver clear updates to clients on patient status.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Veterinary Surgeon with the RCVS.
  • Proficient in small animal surgery, including TPLO/TTAs or equivalent procedures, fracture repair, and complex soft tissue surgeries.
  • Experienced in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients.
  • Strong team player with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with progressive clinical practices and supporting nurse consults.
  • Effective coaching and influencing skills to support team development.
