The Role

This position offers a competitive salary package of up to £70,000 per annum, along with a range of enticing benefits including:

Key Accountabilities

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of clinical duties including consults, surgeries, dentals, and x-rays. Additionally, you’ll be expected to:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to clients and patients
  • Foster a progressive clinical culture within the team
  • Maintain exceptional standards of care across the client journey
  • Support team development and performance
  • Contribute to the financial and operational success of the practice

Skills and Experience

We’re seeking candidates with:

  • Previous clinical leadership experience
  • Confidence in routine surgeries and the ability to work independently
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong surgical background or interest

This practice is fully equipped with modern facilities including consult rooms, a theatre, prep room, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, digital x-ray, and more. In addition to Epsom Ashley Rd branch, there is also a sister practice in Leatherhead, offering expanded consultation space and access to additional resources.
