Veterinary Surgeon – Crewe
We’re seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with varying experience levels, from recent graduates to individuals holding certificates/AVP/specialist status. An interest in Sports Medicine, particularly in agility, flyball, IPO, etc., is essential for collaboration alongside David Prydie, an accomplished certificate holder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enthusiasm for expanding knowledge in lameness work-ups and treatment; additional training and development provided if required
- Access to a stunning clinic situated in a rural setting, merely 5 minutes from the M6
- On-site facilities include CT and high-definition DR, a comprehensive operating suite, underwater treadmill, lasers, shockwave therapy, among others
- Specialization in lameness and neurological conditions in a referral practice setting
- Enhanced consult times: New consultations are scheduled for 1 hour, while follow-ups are allocated 30 minutes
- Competitive salary range: £45,000 to £130,000, dependent on experience
- Immediate start, accommodating a 4-day working week with no weekends/on-call commitments presently, potential changes in line with business development
- Opportunity for Branch Partnership
- Presence of a visiting orthopaedic surgeon; open to considering an in-house orthopaedic surgeon addition
