The Role
We have outstanding opportunities for a veterinary surgeon to work in the Cheltenham area, covering Leckhampton, Cheltenham, and Charlton Kings. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong organizational and management skills, dedicated to further developing our practices. A client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain high medical and surgical standards. Strong mentorship skills are crucial, as you will play a pivotal role within our team.
In Charlton Kings, we have a small theatre equipped with dental facilities for dental procedures and minor surgeries. Cheltenham boasts X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, orthopedic kits, separate dog and cat wards, and isolation areas. Our team includes a surgery certificate holder and a nurse pursuing an advanced diploma in behavior. We have a passionate and supportive nursing team actively involved in consultations, nutrition, behavior, wound care, and more. A separate reception team, along with our friendly vets and nurses, are more than willing to support new graduates and individuals returning to work. We prioritize the training of Student Veterinary Nurses (SVN) and offer opportunities for candidates to explore their unique interests. Career progression is actively promoted, with partnership opportunities available for the right candidate.
