The Role: An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and loyal team located at Redruth and Camborne. The practice boasts a strong client base appreciative of the personalized service they receive. Supported by an excellent team of Vets, Nurses, Receptionists, and a Practice Manager, the ideal candidate should be a confident all-rounder proficient in general practice.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in UK small animal practice or its equivalent. They should be a motivated professional comfortable working in a dynamic environment, capable of making sound clinical judgments.

Work-Life Balance: The full-time position offers a balanced work/life schedule, operating on a 4-day week with just 1 in 6 Saturday mornings and no Out of Hours (OOH) work.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- £1500.00 CPD allowance with CPD leave.
- Coverage of VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees.
- 5 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
- 4 weeks paid sabbatical leave after 5 years of service.
Skills and Experience Required:
- RCVS registered.
