Night Veterinary Surgeon Manchester (7 nights on/ 21 off)

Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting an experienced RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a keen passion for emergency and critical care. You will have a 7 nights on, 21 nights off rota. You will be working alongside a very experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses and reception staff.

This role involves sole charge work working exclusively nights and will be suited for someone who ideally has at least 2 years of in-practice experience. Experience working OOH is required.

Ashton 24 hour hospital in Greater Manchester is a 6 vet practice with plans to grow in the future and is supported by a very experienced team including several on-site certificate holders. The practice is very well equipped including digital x-ray, ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, video otoscopy, full in-house labs as well as plans to site CT scanners at this location in the coming 12 months.

Salary and benefits: Further to fantastic flexibility this position offers.  There is a full time salary up to £45000 depending on experience. There are also other benefits like vehicle or vehicle allowance, £1500 CPD allowance per year, RCVS/VDS/BVA fees paid and many other benefits including support for certificate work if desired.

There is also the possibility of 7 nights on 7 nights off with a package up to £90,000 depending on experience.

There is also on offer a relocation allowance up to £5000 for candidates moving from overseas as well as up to £2000 for candidates already working in the UK but who are moving more than 50 miles from previous home address.

We can also support with Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.

Location details: Ashton hospital is located on the eastern side of Manchester in Mossley. Mossley is a town located in Greater Manchester in the upper Tame Valley and the foothills of the Pennines, 3 miles (4.8 km) southeast of Oldham and 8.9 miles (14.3 km) east of Central Manchester.
